Need to return an Item? Please Note the following when returning:
We would gladly accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned, unwashed, undamaged, unused, in original condition and with all original tags attached.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by us.
Diva Sports Fashion is not liable for any return packages that become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
All sale items are final sale.
For hygiene reasons, we inform you that underwear (bikinis/bodysuits/bathing suits) cannot be exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
